NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />MnDOT Agreement No. 1052001 with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation, and Anoka County to provide for payment by the City to the State of the <br />City's share of the costs of the construction engineering in connection with the City water <br />main and sanitary sewer to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway 10 <br />from 0.32 miles east of Armstrong Boulevard (County State Aid Highway 83) to 0.38 <br />miles west of Thurston Avenue under State Project 0202-123 (TH 10=003). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27th day of June, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #23-149 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
