BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, <br />December 1, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Howthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Roy Shumway, Chairman <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Hr. Jim Holm <br />Hr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Commuuity Development Director Anne Korris <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the special Board of Adjustment meeting to order at <br />7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />PUBLIC REARING <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway adjourned the special meeting at 7:02 p.m. in order to <br />conduct, the following public hearing: <br /> <br /> Request for variance from Section 170.016F of the City Code regarding <br /> rear yard setback; case of Mr. William Duhats. <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the special Board of Adjustment meeting back to <br />order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BOARD OF AD3USTMENT MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner ~endriksen to <br />approve all Board of A~justment public hearing and meeting minutes from <br />October 22,.1987 and October 29, 1987. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Hendriksen requested that the approval <br /> Board of Adjustment/December 1, 1987 <br /> <br /> Pa§e i of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
