Add the following to Item ~4: 'Further, that there shall be no <br />issuance of a building permit until such time as the driveway easement <br />is properly recorded.' <br /> <br />Add Item ~5 to read as follows: 'That seven (7) feet along 138th <br />Avenue N.W. is to be deeded to the City for the future HSA street <br />through the subject area.' <br /> <br />Motion carried.
