mc~os~ VARIANCE <br />KEN AND SASDY VCLD <br />5355 165~H LANE N.W. <br /> <br />On May _, 1988, a variance was issued to Ken and Sandy Vold to construct <br />a deck which will encroach on the required Rum River setback on the <br />property generally known as 5355 165th Lane N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> Lot 4, Block 1, White Pine Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />This agreement is issued pursuant to Sections 170.013G and 170.076 of the <br />_~msey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The deck shall be of materials and a type construction to match <br /> the existing deck on the principal structure. The deck shall be <br /> constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and approved by the <br /> City's Building Official.
