TIM DOYLE <br /> By: Community Develot~nent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> · Tim Doyle appeared before the Board of Adjustment on <br />As you may recall, Mr~ uesting-a variance to construct a sign larger than <br />February 11, 1988, eq <br />permitted by City Code and in addition to the existing signs on the <br />property at 6106 Hwy. 410 ,N.W. Based on the fact that the sign (the large <br />FDbil sign) had previousl5 been on the property, the Board approved this <br />variance. As a condition of this variance, the Board also required Mr. <br />Doyle to remove the single free standing sign located on the east side of <br />the property. <br /> At the time Mr. Doyle was preparing to have the eastern sign removed, the <br /> contractor noted that the sign was the main source for outdoor electricity <br /> on the property. Based on this information, M~.
