Tim Doyle, hereinafter referred to <br />as ~'Applicant" has properly applied for a Board of Adjus~nent variance from <br />Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code regarding the £~ze of a free <br />standing sign in commercial areas. <br />2. That the Appliciant appeared before the Board of Adjustment for a <br />public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013G of the City Code on February <br />11, 1988 and that said public hearing %:as properly advertised and that the <br />minuted of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as part cf these <br />findings by reference. <br /> 3.
