Tim Doyle, hereinafter referred to as ~'Applicant" has properly applied for a Board of Adjus~nent variance from Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code regarding the £~ze of a free standing sign in commercial areas. 2. That the Appliciant appeared before the Board of Adjustment for a public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013G of the City Code on February 11, 1988 and that said public hearing %:as properly advertised and that the minuted of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as part cf these findings by reference. 3.
