On __, 198_, site plan approval was issued to Mr. Richard Dreher to <br />construct the second phase of River's Bend Plaza Shopping Center on the <br />property generally Known as 14051 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, River's Bend Plaza, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />This agreement is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this agre~nent are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans sukraitted <br /> to and approved by the City's Building Official. No construction <br /> shall commence without proper approval and permitting by the City <br /> Building Official. <br /> <br /> 2. Landscaping shall be provided as shown on the grading and <br /> landscaping plan. It is the responsibility of the property owner <br /> to maintain such landscaping. <br /> <br /> 3. 155 off-street parking spaces shall be provided. Such parking <br /> spaces shall be concrete or bituminous. <br /> <br /> 4. Access to the property shall be via the shared access between <br /> Lots 2 and 3, River's Bend Plaza. <br /> <br /> 5.
