EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br />North Fork agrees to convey to the City of Ramsey an eighty foot <br />wide permanent easement for the extension of 153rd Avenue N.W <br />lying within the folliwng corridor: <br />A 300.00 foot wide corridor for public street and utility purposes <br />over, under and across the following described property: <br /> outlot C, NORTHFORK, according to the plat thereof on file <br /> and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Said corridor being 150.00 feet on each side of a line described <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> Commencing at the most northerly corner of outlot D, <br /> NORTHFORK, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence <br /> northwesterly along the southwesterly right-of-way line of <br /> Burlington Northern, Inc., a distance of 190.00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning of the line to be described; thence <br /> deflecting 90 degrees 00 minutes O0 seconds right a distance <br /> of 374.00 feet; thence easterly a distance of 62S.32 feet <br /> along a tangential cu~ve concave to the south having a <br /> radius of 460.00 feet and a central angle of 90 degrees 00 <br /> minutes 00 seconds; thence southeasterly tangent to said <br /> curve a distance of 200.00 feet and there terminating. <br /> <br /> The northeasterly limits of said corridor is the southwesterly <br /> line of a street easement described in Doc.
