These <br />systems should be in the Twin Cities area. <br /> <br />Credentials of Firm <br />Attach any information that will help the panel to determine the suitability <br />of the vendor to supply services to the City of P~msey (include information on <br />the equipment supplier if different than vendor). <br /> <br />Qualifications of Personnel <br />State the size of staff, the number of people trained in the installation and <br />maintenance of the equipment, and the ts~pe of training that each is required <br />to have to perform their job. <br /> <br />Proposed Installation Schedule <br />State whether installation and maintenance of the proposed system will be <br />accomplished by staff or subcontractor. List all detaLls and requirements as <br />well as a maxim~ time for system installation after award of the contract. <br /> <br />Training <br />Include what training is available for <br /> Console operator(s) <br /> Individual phone users <br /> <br />Proposal for Present and Future Operation R~quirements <br />The panel %~i!1 evaluate the proposal based on the proposer's success in <br />meeting the present and future needs of the telephone system requirements of <br />the City of Ramsey Municipal Center. This will be an over-all evaluation <br />base~ on the panel's determination of ha well the proposer has met the system <br />design requir~nts and how well the proposer understands the present and <br />future needs of the operations at 15153 Nowthen Boulevard 1FW, Ramsey, <br /> <br />Reliability and Pepairability <br />The proposer must, to their best ability, support the reliability and <br />repairability of the equit~nent they intend to use in this proposal. <br /> <br />Completeness of Proposal <br />Tne panel wLll evaluate the proposals based on the completeness in all areas. <br />Tne proi~osal should sh~ careful consideration to the telephone needs of the <br />personnel at the P~msey Municipal Center and should include the ratior~le used <br />for designing ass, st~ that w~ll premote ~im~ efficiency in the operation <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
