Upon <br />submittal oi a completed application, the Zoning Administralor shall schedule <br />a public hearing at the next planning Commission meeting. The Police Chief <br />shah receive a cop}, o:[ the application and forward an), recommendations <br />to the Zoning Administrator who shah then review the application and police <br />comments and may make recommendations to the Planning Commission. <br />The Planning Commission shah consider the application ~or a wild animal <br />license and thereat[tot make recommendations to the City Council.
