PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT <br />MR. RCGER S~i'~R <br /> <br />That Roger Suter, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br />applied for a conditional use ~ermit to dismantle buses for a period <br />not to exceed one year in the I-1 Industrial District. <br /> <br />~lhat the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013D of the <br />Ramsey City Code on February 2, 1988 and that said public hearing was <br />properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the subject property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial <br />Park, Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />4. That the subject property is located in the I-1 Industrial District and <br /> is approximately 5 acres in size. <br /> <br />5. That Section 170.01 of the City Code does not permit salvage activities <br /> in any zoning district in the City. <br /> <br />6. That the Applicant is proposing to dismantle buses in the I-1 <br /> Industrial District. <br /> <br />7. That the subject property was previously the site of inoperable buses. <br /> <br />8. Tnat the Applicant di~nantled and r~-noved these inoperable buses frc~n the <br /> subject property in 1987. <br /> <br />Tnat the Applicant_ is req. uesting ~Q.'' take no more than 15 inoperable <br />buses currently located in Ramsey at 6106 Highway fl0 N.W. and move <br />th~ to the subject property to di~nantle and salvage <br /> <br />10. %'nat t.he Applicant has stated that this bus di~nantling operation will <br /> take no more then six months. <br /> <br />1!. 5'nat ~ne adjacent properties are also zoned i-i Industrial. <br /> <br />12.
