RCGER Stri~K <br /> <br />On February __, 1988 a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Roger <br />Suter to dismantle buses in the I-1 Industrial District on the property <br />generally known as 14050 Basalt Street N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park, <br />Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. Conditions of this permit are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The conditional use permit shall expire six months from date of <br /> execution of this permit. <br /> <br />2. The bus dismantling operation shall be maintained in as neat a <br /> manner as practicable. <br /> <br />3. Hours for the dismantling operation shall be as follows: <br /> <br />7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday <br /> <br />4. Mr. Surer will not leave tires on the site and will properly <br /> dispose of th~ in accordance with ~ and EPA regulations. <br /> <br />5. ~=. Suter wLll be responsible for the removal of all bus parts, <br /> eq. ui.u~ent ~nd debris frc~ the,'s.ubject property u.?on completion of <br /> the dismantling operation. , · <br /> <br />6. Mr. Suter ~hall provide to the City proof of the property owner's <br /> permission for ~he ~as di~r. ant!ing operation prior to commencing <br /> such operation. <br /> <br />7. A ma~:imum of 15 buses ray be diem, ant!ed on the subject property <br /> con._~.onal use permit, which buses are identified by <br /> with r_his ~ = <br /> <br />¥~. ~ter shall provide a performance bond to the City prior to <br />commencing the bus dismantling operation.
