February 24, 1988 <br /> <br />TO: }~yor and City Council <br /> <br />FRC~4: Anne Norris, C~L.L~mity Develolm~nt Director <br /> <br />RE: Addition to ~%]enda <br /> <br />Please consider the addition of the following case to the agenda <br />for the February 24, 1988 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> BIa%/)~(X~ AXe) T]I.T.RR C01~°ORATION ((I~AL ASPHALT) <br /> <br />Background: <br />Mr. Gary Sauer of Tiller Corporation (Commercial Asphalt) is <br />requesting approval of a metes and bounds subdivision to split <br />the future asphalt plant site from Bladholm's property. Mr. <br />Sauer is requesting approval to split the southeast 15.5 acres of <br />the property and the 2.18 parcel south of the railroad tracks <br />from the Bladholm parcel. <br />As you recall, the Council approv, ed Mr. Sauer's request for a <br />conditional use permit to construc~ and operate an asphalt plant <br />on this property. <br />For your information, attached is the following information: <br /> <br /> a. Site location map <br />b. Proposed subdivision and legal descriptions <br /> <br />Peoa~ndation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Notion to: <br />Approve Tiller Corporation's request for a metes and bounds <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Attach: <br /> <br /> <br />
