Mr. <br />Sauer is requesting approval to split the southeast 15.5 acres of <br />the property and the 2.18 parcel south of the railroad tracks <br />from the Bladholm parcel. <br />As you recall, the Council approv, ed Mr. Sauer's request for a <br />conditional use permit to construc~ and operate an asphalt plant <br />on this property. <br />For your information, attached is the following information: <br /> <br /> a.
