Councilmember _ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #06.-05--XXX , <br /> <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID5 I~o~. ~lvxrr~ <br />CENTER pHASE 2 SEGMENTS 2 & 3 <br /> WHEREAS, the Hakanson Anderson Associates Inc. has prepared plans and specifications <br />for Improvement Project 06-22 which consist of bituminous surfacing, concrete paving, drainage <br />improvements, sanitary ~ewer, watermain, and miscellaneous construction on Zeolite Street from <br />Sunwood Drive to Bunker Lake Blvd.; and on Civic Center Drive from Sapphire Street to Rhinestone <br />Street; and on Rhinestone Street from Civic Center Drive to Sunwood Drive; and has presented such <br />plans and specifications to the council for approval. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an <br /> advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ._, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />9th day of May, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-05-XXX <br />Page 1 ofl -105- <br /> <br /> <br />
