The plat of Brookfield replats Lot l, Block 3 of Now and Then Estates, which <br />easements. These existing easements axe being replaced with <br />contains the usual drainage and utility 2. <br /> new drainage and utility easements as a part of Brookfield Addition. <br /> The following items axe enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Exhibit of underlying easements to be vacated <br />Final plat of Brookfield 2"d Addition (portion) <br />Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />Notification: <br />In accordance with State Statute, City Staff attempted to notify property owners within 350 feet of <br />the subject property of the public hearing to vacate easements. <br /> <br />Observations: <br />The ordinance vacating the drainage and utility easements was introduced at the April 25th Council <br />meeting, It is now ready for adoption. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />City Staff recommends adoption of the ordinance to vacate the drainage and utility easements within <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Now and Then Estates. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance #06-__ to vacate the drainage and utility easements on Lot 1, Block 3, <br />Now and Then Estates. <br /> <br />R. oll Call Vote: Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> Councilmember David Elvig <br /> Councilmember Sarah Strornmen <br /> Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br /> Councilmember Todd Cook <br /> Councilmember David Jeffrey <br /> 'Mayor Tom Gzanec <br /> <br /> Review Checklist: <br /> Asst.
