Based on Findings of Fact # _, the Board of Adjustment's decision is overturned <br /> and a variance to the 600-foo-t cul-de-sac length, as established in Section 9.50.30, Subd. <br /> 4(g) of the Ra.msey City Code, is hereby approved for the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> 2.
