-" introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />Counciimember <br />[ts adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-05-_ _ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OVERTURNING THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT'S DECISION TO <br />DENY THE VARIANCE TO MAXIMUM CUL-DE-SAC LENGTH IN THE PLAT <br />NAMED WILD OAKS OF RAMSEY AND APPROVE THE VARIANCE <br /> WHEREAS, Kon Tailman (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the <br /> maximum cul-de-sac length prescribed in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) on the property generally <br /> located south of 173ra Avenue and southeast ofPuma Street and legally described as follows: <br /> The west half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range <br /> 25, According to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The north 447.60 feet of the east 526.00 feet, as measured along the east and north lines, <br />respectively, of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section $, Township 32, Range <br /> .... ~.~ r-ounw' Minnesota <br />25, according to the U.S. Government survey, ,~mu~,,~ -- -, <br /> <br />That part of the east 542.00 feet, as measured parallel with the north line of said northeast quarter <br />of the ~{$rthwest quarter, lying south of the north 447.60 feet, as measured along the east line of <br /> quarter of the northwest quarter, Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, According to <br />said northeast · <br />the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 4, 2006, conducted the public hearing <br /> and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum cul-de-sac <br /> length requirements on the Subject Property. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF TIlE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> 1. Based on Findings of Fact # _, the Board of Adjustment's decision is overturned <br /> and a variance to the 600-foo-t cul-de-sac length, as established in Section 9.50.30, Subd. <br /> 4(g) of the Ra.msey City Code, is hereby approved for the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> 2. That the variance will allow Nutria Street N.W. to be a cul-de-sac no more than 1,200 <br /> feet in length and lots shall not be proposed any farther than 1,000 feet from the outlet to <br /> County Road 63. <br /> <br />-183- <br /> <br /> <br />
