Councilmcmber <br />mtoptiom <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-05-__ <br /> <br /> ESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT'S DECISION <br />A R --~" VARIANCE TO MAXIMUM CUL-DE-SAC LENGTH IN THE <br />DENYING 'lti~, AND DECLARING TERMS OF THE <br />PROPOSED PLAT OF WILD OAKS OF RAMSEY <br /> SAME. <br /> WHEREAS, Ron Talknan (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the <br /> maximum cul-de-sac length prescribed in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) on the property generally <br /> located south of 173ra Avenue and southeast of puma Street and legally described as follows: <br /> The west half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range <br /> 25, According to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The north 447.60 feet of the east 526,00 feet, as measured along the east and north lines, <br />quarter of the northwest quarter of section 8, Township 32, Range <br />respectively, of the northeast - Anoka County, Minnesota <br />25, according to the U.S. Government survey, <br /> <br />That ;'~t~ of the east 542.00 feet, as measured parallel with the north line of smd northeast quarter <br />of the northwest quarter, lying south of the north 447.60 feet, as measured along the east line of <br />northwest quarter, Section g, Township 32, Range 25, According to <br />said northeast quarter of the County, Minnesota. <br />the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 4, 2006, conducted the public hearing <br /> and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum cul-de-sac <br /> length requirements on the Subject Property. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> Based on Findings of Fact #~ ~ an appeal to the Board of Adjustment's Decision to deny <br /> the variance to the 600-foot cul-de-sac length, as established in Section 9.50.30, SuM. 4(g) of the <br /> Ramsey City Code is hereby upheld for the Subject Property. <br /> <br />-185- <br /> <br /> <br />
