WHEREAS, Ron Talknan (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the maximum cul-de-sac length prescribed in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) on the property generally located south of 173ra Avenue and southeast of puma Street and legally described as follows: The west half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, According to the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka County, Minnesota. The north 447.60 feet of the east 526,00 feet, as measured along the east and north lines, quarter of the northwest quarter of section 8, Township 32, Range respectively, of the northeast - Anoka County, Minnesota 25, according to the U.S. Government survey, That ;'~t~ of the east 542.00 feet, as measured parallel with the north line of smd northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, lying south of the north 447.60 feet, as measured along the east line of northwest quarter, Section g, Township 32, Range 25, According to said northeast quarter of the County, Minnesota. the U.S. Government Survey, Anoka WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 4, 2006, conducted the public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum cul-de-sac length requirements on the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows Based on Findings of Fact #~ ~ an appeal to the Board of Adjustment's Decision to deny the variance to the 600-foot cul-de-sac length, as established in Section 9.50.30, SuM. 4(g) of the Ramsey City Code is hereby upheld for the Subject Property. -185-
