The property is located in the R-1 Rural Developing District, which <br />has a minimum density of 1 lot per 2.5 acres or 0.4 units per acre. As submitted, the plan is <br />showing a goss density of appioximately 0.39 units per acre. The 13 new lots meet R-1 Rural <br />Developing standards for lot size and width. <br /> This site is primarily wetland area, with the exception of the area that is being developed.
