introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />Councilmember ~ -- <br /> RESOLUTION #06-04'~ <br /> A RESOLUTION DE~Ar~G'THE'ISSU'AuNCE OF A CONDITIONALi~USE:PERMIT' <br /> FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A 120-FOOT MONOPOLE <br /> COMMUNICATIONS TOWER <br /> WHEREAS, Cingular Wkeless, Inc., hereinafter referred to as ,'Applicant", has properly applied <br /> for a Conditional Use Permit to construct and operate a monopole communications tower <br /> ("Tower") on the property located at 6305 Green Valley Kd. and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 4, Block 1, Valley View Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the "Subject Property"). <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on April 6, 2006, conducted the public <br /> hearing and recommended City Council approve the request. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY cOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA cOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. Based on Findings of Fact #0_.__, a conditional use permit for a 120 foot monopole <br /> communications tower and related equipment building is hereby denied to Cingular <br /> Wireless, Inc ("permittee"). <br /> The friction for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Rarnsey City Council this the day of <br /> of__ _, 2006. <br /> Anoka County hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use perrait and that they have <br /> reviewed the conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will cause compliance with the <br /> terms of this permit. <br /> <br />-225- <br /> <br /> <br />
