CASE <br /> <br />REQUS,T FOR APPROVAI~' OF'A REGISTERED~LAND'SURNEY EOR. <br /> OUTLOT L, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION; <br /> CASE OF R_A_MSEY TOWN CENTER, LLC <br /> By: Patrick Trudgeon, AICP, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br />Under the Ramsey Town Center Master Development Agreement and the 1~t Amendment to the Master <br />Development Agreement, Ramsey Town Center LLC is required to convey land to the City of Ramsey for <br />the future construction of a second municipal parking ramp. The second ramp was identified to be <br />located within the property currently known as Outlot L, Ramsey Town Center Addition. Since the <br />property is Torrens, the only avenue to convey land to the City is through a Registered Land Survey <br />(WLS). <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed: <br /> a) Site location map <br /> b) Registered Land Survey <br /> e) Proposed resolution to approve proposed Registered Land Sur~ey <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />No notification is required for a RLS. <br /> <br />Observations: <br />The Registered Land Survey shows two parcels, Tract A and Tract B. The City will be receiving Tract B <br />for the future parking ramp. Tract B is approximately'l.99 acres in size. The proposed Tract B is <br />consistent with the original size and location for the second parking ramp.
