Councilmember, introduced the;follo~t,hag resolution and mccad for, its, adoptior=. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR OUTLOT L, <br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for a Registered Land Survey to split their Torrens property in order tO convey a <br />certain tax parcel. The property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot L, Ramsey Town Center Addition <br /> <br />Or upon recording, <br /> <br />Tracts A and B, Registered Land Survey # , Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the (Subject Property); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is torrens; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Registered Land Survey is required by Anoka County in order to <br />register the conveyance of Subject Property property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the proposed Registered Land Survey and <br />recommends City Council approval of s~rne. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE cITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the Registered Land Survey for Ouflot L, Ramsey <br />Town Center Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the,9th day&May, 2006. <br /> <br />-234- <br /> <br /> <br />
