ORDINANCE #06- <br /> <br /> CITY OF lZ~ISEY' <br /> ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 8 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE BUILDING AND <br />HOUSING CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.35 "REGULATION OF SINGLE FAMILY <br />DWELLINGS TO BE MOVED INTO OR WITHIN THE CITY" OF CHAPTER 8 OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL <br />Section 8.35 (Regulation of Single Family Dwellings to be Moved into or within the City) shall <br />be repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. AMENDMENT <br />Section'}.35 (Regulation of Single Family Dwellings t9 be Moved into or within the City) shall <br />be amended as follows: <br /> <br />8.35 Regulations of Buildings to be Moved into, within, or out of the City <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Definitions <br /> Accessory Building - A structure or a portion of a structure subordinate to and <br />serving the principal use or structure on the same lot and customarily incidental thereto. <br /> Building - Any structure having a roof (roof area to exceed 120 square feet) <br />which may provide shelter or enclosure of persons or animals. <br /> Single Family Dwelling Unit or Dwelling - means pre-existing dwelling <br />structures and manufactured housing to be located in other than a mobile home park. <br /> Subject Property - means the parcel of real property on which a dwelling or <br />accessory building is to be located or, if a structure is being moved out of the City, the parcel <br />:~rom ufrdch an,acccssnry ~uildlng t)r Av~LLing is :grooved ~rom. <br /> <br />-239- <br /> <br /> <br />
