The following official summary of Ordinance #06-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the. Ci~ of l~amsey as clearly irfforming the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #06- to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 8 (Building <br />and Housing) Section 8.35 (Regulation of Si--~gle Family Dwellings to be Moved into or within <br />the City) to: <br /> · Require a Moving Permit to move a dwelling or accessory building (greater than 120 <br /> square feet) out of the City. <br /> · Require a Moving Permit, in addition to a Building permit, to move an accessory <br /> building (greater than 120 square feet) into or within the City. <br /> · Allow City Staff to administratively approve or deny Dwelling Moving Permit requests <br /> rather than submitting the request to the Planning Commission and ultimately City <br /> Council. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
