Not to be located within fifty (50 feet) of a pre-existing residence. <br /> <br />Temporary real estate signs for the purpose of selling or l~asihg individual <br />parcels or buildings in any district are permitted and are: <br /> <br />1. Limited to six (6) square feet in area for r~sidential 'property and <br /> th/rty-two (32) square feet for non-residential property; <br /> <br />Limited to one (1) SUch sign per street frontage upon which the <br />property abuts, exclusiv~ of directional signs (Exception: An <br />additional. ~Open House" sign may be used); <br /> <br />4. To t/e removed ~vithin thirty (-30) days following the lease or sale. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6. Portable Signs ar..e permitted only in business and industrial type <br />districts and ~re SUbject to temporary permit and fee requirements. Temporary sign permits for <br />portable signs .shall be allowed for seven (7) day periods, six (6) times a year per business. <br />However, where more than one (1) proprietorship or business uses the same building or parcel, <br />no more than two (2) portable si_mu devices shall be in place at any one time. <br /> <br /> Subd. 7.
