In accordance with Ramsey City Code Section 9:03~06 (Site Plan Review), Subdivision .1 (Required Site Plan/Building-Design Information, item 'c' (Signs), the developer shall submit a sign plan for approval, drawn to scale with elevations, at the time application is made' for site plan approval. The sign plan shall include but not be limited to the following information: number of signs, type of signs, sign sizes, type of construction materials, sign messages, and proposed sign locations'. 9.12.09 E-1 and E~2 Employment Type Districts Subdivision 1.' Wail, Canopy' or Marquee Sign. Total sign area may not exceed fifteen (15) percent of the front building ~agade. Sign height shall not exceed'the tope of the parapet wall'or, if no parapet wail, sign height shall not exceed the height of the eaves. A wall, canopy or marquee sin mfiy be located on the outermost wall of any principal buildiqg but shall not project more than sixteen (16)- inches from the wall to which the sign is to be affixed. Subd. 2, Ground Signs. There shall Sot be more than one (1) ground sign for each parcel. The gros~ surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed one hundred (100) ~quare feet for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of two hundred (200) square feet. Subd. 3. Directional Signs Directional or instructional signs are permitted in accordance with §9.12.03 subd. 9. .Parking lot directional signs designating.park/rig area entrances and .exils are limited to one (1) sign for each entrance and/or exit and shall not exceed four (4) square feet for each exposed face.
