The drawing showing such position shall be prepared ~'to scale." <br /> <br />Blueprint or ink drawing Of the plans and specifications, and method of <br />construction or attachment to the building or in the ground, inc!uding all <br />dimensions, locating all I/ght sources, wattage, type and color of lights and <br />details of any light sh/elds or shades. <br /> <br />Copy of stress sheets g~ad calculations, showing the structure is designated <br />for dead load and wind velocity in the amount required by thls and all other <br />ordinance~ of the Ci~, if required by the Zoning Administrator or Building. <br />'Official. The Zoning Administrator or Building Official may require <br />additional information conce'ming safety. <br /> <br />An agreement with the City which would authorize and direct the City bf <br />Ramsey to remove the-sign' and sign structure, at the expense of the <br />applicant, where maintenance is required and the maintenance is not <br />furnished, but only after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying the <br />maintenance required by the City. <br /> <br />Permit Issuance or D~nial <br /> <br /> SUbdivision 1. The Zoning Administrator shall issue a permit fOr the erect/on, <br />alteration, or relocation of a sign within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a completed application <br />and non-refundable application fee provided that the sign complies with all applicable laws and <br />regulations of the City. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2~ When a permit is denied, written notice'shall be provided to the <br />applicant along with a brief statement of the reasons for denial. The Zoning Administrator or <br />Building Official may suspend .or revoke an issued perm/t for any false statement or <br />misrepresentation of fact in the application. <br /> <br />9.12.19 Refunds <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. If an issued perrrfit is withdrawn by the applicant within rfinety <br />(90):days of issuance, and if no inspections have been made and no work author/zed by the <br />permit has been performed, fifty percent (50%) of the perrrfit fee may be refunded to the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />-320- <br /> <br /> <br />
