Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #11: Adoption of an Ordinance Repealing Section 2.03.06, Subdivision 5, Horse <br /> Care Board and Amending Section 5.09.05, Horses <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Olson to adopt Ordinance #06- <br />14 repealing Section 2.03.06, Subdivision 5, Horse Care Board and Amending Section 5.09.05, <br />Horses. <br /> <br /> A roll call'vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec: aye <br />Councilmember Cook: aye <br />Councilmember Elvig: aye <br />Councilmember Jeffrey: aye <br />Councilmember Olson: aye <br />Councilmember Pearson: aye <br />Councilmember Strommen: aye <br /> <br />Motion carded. <br /> <br />Case #12: Consider Authorization of Request for Proposals for Cinema Development <br /> within Ramsey Town Center <br /> City _Administrator Norman indicated the first amendment to the Master Development <br /> Agreement with Ramsey Town Center, completed in February 2005, included language that <br /> would allow them to exercise an option agreement to purchase property within the core area of <br /> the Town Center for specific purposes. The area immediately to the west of the structured <br /> parking facility currently under construction was designated as one of those parcels and was to <br /> be used for purposes of a cinema. The draft Request for Proposal has been forwarded and is <br /> ready for Council consideration. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to authorize Request for <br /> Proposals of cinema project within the Ramsey Town Center. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gameo, Councilmembers Cook, Jeffrey, Elvig, Olson, <br /> Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> Case #13: Burns Township Fire Service <br /> Fire Chief Kapler indicated a representative of the Finance Committee should be appointed to <br /> review proposed details of the financing, along with bringing communications back to full <br /> Council regarding the Bums Township Fke Service. <br /> <br />City Council / April 25, 2006 <br />Page 19 of 23 -63- <br /> <br /> <br />
