The area immediately to the west of the structured <br /> parking facility currently under construction was designated as one of those parcels and was to <br /> be used for purposes of a cinema. The draft Request for Proposal has been forwarded and is <br /> ready for Council consideration. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to authorize Request for <br /> Proposals of cinema project within the Ramsey Town Center. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gameo, Councilmembers Cook, Jeffrey, Elvig, Olson, <br /> Pearson, and Strommen.
