Awards, where we will recognize projects and individuals that <br />have made an impact on our communities through their efforts in development and redevelopment activities. <br /> <br />On Thursday the conference focuses on ethical behavior for economic developers and how to bring a high standard back to <br />the boards and community organizations that you serve. Thursday will also include a business tour of Merit Enterprises, a <br />precis[on eIectroplating facility, which has provided many great economic benefits to the area. <br /> <br />On Friday we will hear from the state demographer on the future of our state and the expected changes. The conference will <br />end with a siteselector/broker panel addressing what CEOs view as key concerns when siting a facility. <br /> <br />I encourage you to attend what is always one of the highlights of our educational programming each year. I am sure all of our <br />EDAM members and guests will find something of value to take away from the conference.
