Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTON 06-03-081 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF PART OF OUTLOT L, <br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Reconveyancing Agreement with Ramsey <br />Town Center, LLC in February, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Reconveyancing Agreement was necessary to facilitate the First <br />Amendment to the Master Development Agreement for Ramsey Town Center Addition pending <br />the platting of Ramsey Town Center Fifth Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center Fifth Addition has now been finalized and recorded; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the real property as referenced in the Reconveyancing Agreement is now <br />required to be reconveyed to Ramsey Town Center, LLC. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the real property described on attached Exhibit A shall be conveyed to <br />Ramsey Town Center, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. <br /> <br /> 2. The City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary <br />documents to convey title to the real property described on attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution #06-03-081 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
