Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Variance to construct a deck within the minimum setback from the property line along Dysprossium Street on the property generally known as 5364 142nd Circle NW and legally described as follows: Lot 19, Block 2 Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests in person or remotely from a PC, Mac, Linus, IOS, or Android at www.citvofrramsev.com/meetinws. Remote attendees desiring to speak to the Planning Commission are asked to use their webcam. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Dana Verbeek by noon on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. Comments are welcome and shall be sent to planning@cityoframsey.com or addressed to the Ramsey Planning Commission, at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
