Citizen Input There wins none. Motion by Councilmember COok, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Garnet, Councilmembers Cook, Olson, Elvig, Jeffrey, Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. The public hearing was closed at 7:12 p.m. Council Business Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:12 p.m. Councilmember Elvig questioned if the easement includes a setback. Civil Engineer II Linton replied Cobom's building was built into the easement, and the easement is being moved outside of the foundation. This is a 30-foot wide easement and will be an adequate width for a ditch or another pipe if needed. Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to introduce an ordinance to vacate the drainage and utility easements contained on Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 3~a Addition.
