to title of grantors or lessors, and in a form and manner of execution approved <br />by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the City Clerk and recorded with the <br />Anoka County Recorder or Registrar of Titles, and a certified copy of the <br />recorded document shall be filed with the City within sixty (60) days after <br />approval of the joint parking use by the City or the interim use permit shall be <br />considered null and void. <br />G. On -street parking adjacent to buildings shall not be used for the purposes of calculating parking <br />requirements. <br />H. Within the COR-4 sub -district, parking on individual parcels serving individual uses may be <br />provided if designated and approved as part of the master plan. <br />I. Within all sub -districts, a minimum driveway length of twenty-five (25') feet is required to limit <br />conflicts between vehicles parked in the driveway and street or sidewalk users. <br />J. Non -Specified Uses. For uses not specifically listed above, off-street parking requirements shall <br />be computed by the Zoning Administrator on the same basis as required for the most similar <br />listed uses. In such cases, the Zoning Administrator shall also consult off-street parking <br />reference materials including, but not limited to, manuals prepared by the American Planning <br />Association and Institute of Transportation Engineers. <br />L. Handicap Parking. The size, number, and location of stalls reserved for handicapped parking <br />shall be provided and identified as required by applicable regulations. These spaces are included <br />in the computation for the minimum parking space requirement. <br />M. Change in Land Use.
