Public Realm/Streetscape sign means any sign erected and maintained by public officials or public <br />agencies, or approved and authorized for use by state or local governmental authorities. <br />Sandwich Board Signs means a self-supporting, freestanding temporary sign with only two (2) sides that <br />are situated adjacent to a business with the intent to attract pedestrian traffic to businesses. Sandwich <br />board signs are not meant to be read by vehicular traffic. <br />Wall sign means any sign which is affixed to a wall of any building. This definition includes individual <br />letter signs and signs on mansards. <br />Window sign means a sign installed inside a window, or any sign placed within a building for the purpose <br />of being visible from the public right-of-way.
