Warming House Plans and Specifications <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />As you are aware, last fall one bid was received for complete <br />construction of the warming house for $130,000. We have revised those <br />plans and specifications to reduce the cost of the building. Those <br />plans and specifications will be available for review and approval at <br />the council meeting. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a proposed resolution approving plans and specifications <br />and ordering advertisement for bids. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Councfl Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution ~88- <br />ordering advertisement <br /> <br />__ approving plans and specifications and <br /> for bids for Improvement Project %88-t6. <br /> <br />B. Status of Park Center Building <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In accordance to direction from the Park Commission and City Council, <br />we are proceeding with plans and specifications for the Central Park <br />Center Building. Preliminary plans showing the proposed layout of the <br />building will be available for your May 24, 1988 Council meeting.
