vacate or leave such premises, or the failure or <br />refusal when requested or ordered as herein provided to <br />stop or cease the behavior, act, or conduct; provided, <br />however, that this definition shall not include any <br />person on such premises who may be the owner or tenant <br />of any part thereof, nor shall it include the wife, <br />children, employee, or tenant of such owner or <br />occupier. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 110.22 entitled General Provisions is hereby added to the <br />City Code, which Section provides as follows: <br /> <br />110.22 GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />110.221 Drinking on a Street <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to drink intoxicating or <br />non-intoxicating liquor upon or within any premises not <br />licensed for the sale or consumption of liquor pursuant to <br />City Code, except within the person's private property or <br />with permission of the owner of such premises. <br /> <br />110.222 Urinating in Public <br /> <br />Any person who urinates in a public place is guilty of a <br />petty misdemeanor. "Public place" shall include any street, <br />parking lot, sidewalk, mall, boulevard, park or other place <br />open to public view, but shall not include enclosures <br />designed for use as a toilet or restroom. <br /> <br />110.223 Trespassing on Public School Property <br /> <br />No person shall trespass in or upon any public school <br />building or school property by remaining in or upon said <br />school premises after being ordered to leave said building <br />or property by a school official or police officer. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. REPEAL <br /> <br /> The existing Ramsey City code Section 110.11 entitled <br />"Curfew" is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. PENALTY <br /> <br /> Any person violating any provision of this ordinance is <br />guilty of a petty misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be <br />punished by a fine of not more than $100.00. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
