DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />14622 FERRET ~i'i~EET N.W. <br /> P~k~SEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On ........... , 1988, site plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey <br />to Mr. David Hauan to construct a recreation center on the property at <br />14622 Ferret Street N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, HY-10 P~msey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />1. This permit shall apply only to the concession building, miniature <br /> golf course, go-cart track, boat pond and parking areas. No <br /> construction shall commence prior to the issuance by the Building <br /> Official of a building permit. <br /> <br />2. No construction shall commence on the roller rink without site <br /> plan review and approval by the Planning Commission and City <br /> Council. <br /> <br />3. At least 69 off-street parking spaces shall be provided as <br /> specified in Sectionl70.017L of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />All off-street parking shall be surfaced with blacktop or <br />concrete. Such surfacing shall be completed by ................ . <br />An escrow shall be required to guarantee the completion of this <br />surfacing. The escrow amount required shall be based on 150% of <br />the City Engineer's estimate of the cost to complete the <br />improvement. <br /> <br />5. All disturbed area shall be restored with sod or seed. <br /> <br />6. Any grading on the property shall .be done in accordance with a <br /> grading plan submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />LandsCaping shall be provided as shown on the plans submitted. <br />It is the responsibil.ity of the property owner to maintain such <br />landsCaping. <br /> <br />8. All lighting on the property shall be arranged so as to deflect <br /> light away from any adjoining public street. <br /> <br />9.
