Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> introduced the <br />RESOLUTION ~88- <br /> <br />following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO RUM RIVER TERRACE (PROJECT ~88-13) <br /> ' t <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertlsemen for bids for the site <br />improvements to Rum River Terrace (Project ~88-13), bids were <br />received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following <br />bids were received complying with <br /> <br /> Bidder Amount of Bid <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that of is the <br />lowest responsible bidder. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />of in the name of the City of Ramsey for the site <br />improvement to Rum River ~ ~ re according to the plans and <br />specifications therefore approved by the Ramsay City Council and on <br />file in the office of the City Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2) The city Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmenuber and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following vcted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following ware absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey city Council this the 24th day of May, 1988. <br /> <br /> <br />
