MICHAfL BA~e <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br />That Michael Baehr, hereinafter referred to as 'Applicant', has <br />properly applied for a conditional use permit to operate a welding <br />business from his home at 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013D of the <br />Ramsey City Code on May 3, 1988 and that said public hearing was <br />properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the subject property is generally known as 17801 St. Francis <br />Boulevard N.W. and is legally described as foll~s: <br /> <br /> All that part of Lots 1 and 2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 27, <br /> lying west of the east 30 acres of said Lot 1, and <br /> northeasterly of a line drawn from the southeast corner of <br /> said Lot 2 to a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot <br /> 2 distance 540.42 feet northwest of the southwest corner of <br /> said Lot 2. Subject to easement of record.
