PRC~OSED CONDITIONAL USE ~ERMIT MR. MIC~{AEL B~wSR 17801 ST. FRANCIS BLVD. N.W. On ., 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Michael Baehr to operate a welding business from his home at 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W., which property is legally described as follows: All that part of Lots 1 and 2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 27, lying west of the east 30 acres of said Lot 1, and northeasterly of a line drawn from the southeast corner of said Lot 2 to a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot 2 distance 540.42 feet northwest of the southwest corner of said Lot 2. subject to easement of record. Anoka County, Minnesota. This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This oonditional use permit is _pe..rpet,~a! in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. That the welding ~, shall not be conducted in any building structure prope on the subject other than the accessory currently located on the property. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale from the subject property. 6. No wholesale or retail business shall be permitted from the subject property. 7.
