10 Minutes <br /> <br />CASE $1: <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR O0hDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> TO EXPASD ~ FACILITY; <br />CASE OF CROSS OF BU~ ~ C~JRC~ <br />Anne Norris, C~nity Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br />Cross of Hope Lutheran Church is requesting a conditional use permit to expand <br />their existing church facility at 5730 - 179th Avenue N.W. The church is <br />proposing to expand its existing sanctuary and fellowship hall and an addition <br />of approximately 4,000 square feet for classrooms/meeting space southwest of <br />the existing structure. The entire expansion totals approximately 4,800 square <br />feet. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Proposed findings of fact <br />d) Proposed conditional use permit <br /> <br />Observations: <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on this request <br />on May 3, 1988. At that time the Commission recommended approval of the <br />conditional use permit request. <br /> <br />Cross of Hope Lutheran Church currently has a conditional use permit.
