Councilmember introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~88- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR KILLMER ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />INC (ELECTRICAL SERVICE AND HOCKEY RIl/K) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey <br />approved this project on October 27, 1987; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey passed <br />a motion authorizing staff to obtain bids and make awards 'to the <br /> lowest bidder for electrical service and hockey rink in Central <br /> Park as outlined in Merland Otto's memo dated October 27, 1987; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Killmer Electric <br />responsible bidder for electrical <br />Central Park; and <br /> <br />Company, Inc., was the lowest <br />service and hockey rink for <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Nakanson <br />Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to Killmer Electric <br />Company, Inc. in the amount of $11,587.20. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSES, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MIK~ESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> I) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial <br />payment to Killmer Electric Company, Inc. for electrical service <br />and hockey rink for Central Park in the amount of $11,587.20. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby <br />or City Administrator to sign the release <br />payment. <br /> <br />authorizes the Mayor <br />form for this partial <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is <br />not included in Resolution ~88- approving payment of th, e bills' <br />for the month of January, 1988. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be <br />provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption <br />seconded by Councilmember <br />thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br />of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> and upon vote being taken <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Resolution #88- <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 ~8 <br /> <br /> <br />
