Oouncilmember introduced the followlng resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~88- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT A~PROVAL TO FORD BROOK ESTATES 3RD ADDITION <br /> <br /> ICHEREAS, Mr. Cerald Bauer, hereinafter referred to as "Developer," has <br />properly applied for plat approval of the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> The South 33.00 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, FORD BROOK ESTATES 2ND <br /> ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township <br />33, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except that part of said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the point of intersection of the east line of said <br /> Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the oenter line of <br /> County State Aid Righway No. ? as now located; thence northerly <br /> along said east line a distance of 539 feet; thence westerly, <br /> parallel with the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the <br /> Northwest Quarter, a distanoe of 50 feet; thence southerly, <br /> parallel with said east line, to said highway center line; thence <br /> northeasterly, along said center line to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />which plat is known as FORD BROOK ESTATES 3RD ADDITION, hereinafter known <br />as "plat,"; and <br /> <br />WEEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commiss'ion, pursuant to <br />Chapter 170.03 of.the Ramsey City Code, held a public hearing on the <br />proposed plat on July 7, 1987, which hearing was duly published in the <br />City's legal newspaper and written notice of the heari~yg was given pursuant <br />to law; and ~ <br /> <br /> ~EILEAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at its regular <br /> meeting 0n August 11, 1987 recommended that the City Council grant <br /> preliminary plat approval of the Plat with the following provisions: t) <br /> review and approval of the preliminary plat by Burns Township; 2) a <br />· variance to Lot 2, Block 2 for access on to County Road No. 7; and 3) a <br /> variance to Lot 9, Blook 1 for lot size; and <br /> <br /> ~MIERF2~S, the City Council reviewed the Flanning Commission's public <br />hearing aud meeting minutes, which minutes are incorporated as if fully set <br />forth herein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at a regular meeting on August 25, 1987, the City Council <br />granted preliminary plat approval of the Plat as recommeded by the Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br /> <br />
