PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGI~EHENT CITY OF RAHSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA FORD BROOK ESTATES 3RD ADDITION Development agreement by and between the City of Ramsey, Minnesota (City) and Gerald J. Bauer, a single person (Developer). WITNESSBT~: WHEILEAN, the Developer is the owner of certain real property situated· in Anoka County, Minnesota, located in the City of Ramsey, the legal description of which property is as follows: The South 33.00 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, FORD BROOK ESTATES 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. -and- The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 33, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. -and- The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except that part of said · Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the east line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the center line of County State Aid Highway No. 7 as now located;'thence northerly along said east line a distance of 539 feet; thence westerly, parallel with the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 50 feet; thence southerly, parallel with said east lime, to said highway center line; thence northeasterly, along said center line to the point of,~eginning. hereinafter "subje~t property"; and ~MtE~A~, the City has approved the plat of t~e subject property which is known as FORD BROOK ESTATES 3RD ADDITION and is hereinafter referred to as "the plat"; ~MIEREAM, the Developer desires to effect the recording of the plat with the Anoka County Recorder, upon the execution and approval thereof by the City.
