ARTICLE III. City Responsibilities. The City will loan the sum of <br /> $650,000 to the County for the Project. The City anticipates selling its <br /> general obligation bonds for this purpose but reserves the right to obtain the <br /> necessary funds from whatever source is available to it. The funds shall be <br /> placed in a special City account and shall be advanced to the County on an <br /> as-needed basis to pay for the costs of the Project. Investment earnings, if <br /> any, on the funds may be retained in the City's special account and used in <br /> the City's discretion for the costs of the Project. The City will from its <br /> own funds and not the funds advanced hereinunder pay for the installation of <br /> lighting on the bridge. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE IV. County's Responsibilities. <br /> <br />A. The County will acquire all additional right-of-way easements necessary <br /> for the Project4 <br /> <br />B. The County will sell its general obligation bonds for construction of the <br /> Rum River bridges in 1988 in an amount necessary to yield the funds <br /> necessary to pay for construction of the main channel and Oxbow channel <br /> spans. <br /> <br />C. The County will advance the highway work on its capital improvement plan <br /> to the years 1988 and 1989. The highway work is defined as that portion <br /> of the Project other than construction of the bridges. The Project shall <br /> be completed no later than .. <br /> <br />D. The County will reimburse the City for its loan of $650,000 in a lump sum <br /> payment on or before July I, 1990. <br /> <br />The County will prepare the plans and specifications, enter into <br />contracts for and supervise construction of the Project. <br /> <br /> <br />
