NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKACOUNI"f, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the City Engineer, Mr, Peter R. Raatikka of Eakansou Anderson Associates, Inc. to proceed to acquire the perpetual and temporary easements over said lands iu accordance with Hinnesota Statutes. 2) That those lends as described above which cannot be acquired by direct negotiation shall be acquired by eminent domain and the City Council hereby requests the City Attorney to file the necessary petition therefore, and to prosecute such action to a successful conclusion or until it i~ abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the County or Court, and to acquire possession of. the lands over which the easements are to be located prior to the awards being issued by the court-appointed commissioners pursuant to the procedures outlined in lis 117.042. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by.Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: Resolution ~8-
