NOTICE OF FJBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANCKA COUhU~ <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO kq{OMITMAYCON~RN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, May 3, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 NowthenBoulevard N.W., Ramsey, F~nnesota. <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Nord <br />Motors for a conditional use permit to hold an outdoor wrestling <br />match on the property at 6140 Highway 10 N.W. which property is <br />leqally described as follows: <br /> <br /> That part of Lot 26, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 described <br /> as follows: Commencing at a point on the northerly line of <br /> said Lot 26 which is 200 feet easterly of the northeast <br /> corner of Lot 13 said subdivision as measured along the <br /> northerly line of said Lot 26, then southerly parallel with <br /> the easterly line of said Lot 13 for 190 feet, then westerly <br /> parallel with the northerly line of said Lot 26 for 200 feet <br /> and to the southeast corner of said Lot 13, then southerly <br /> onan extension southerly of the easterly line of said Lot <br /> 13 for 260 feet, then easterly at an interior angle to the <br /> northeast of 91 degrees 30 minutes for 427.1 feet, then <br /> northeasterly with a deflection angle to the left of 66 <br /> degrees 50 minutes for 49 feet, then northeasterly with a <br /> deflection angle to the right of 36 degrees 24 minutes for <br /> 50.8 feet, then easterly with a deflection angle to the <br /> right of 13 degrees 50 minutes for 51 feet, then northerly <br /> with a deflection angle to the left 74 degrees 4 minutes for <br /> a distance of 168.1 feet, then easterly with a deflection <br /> angle to the right of 90 degrees 26 minutes for 99 feet, <br /> then northerly with a deflection angle to the left of 89 <br /> degrees 25 minutes for 163.1 feet and to the northerly line <br /> of said Lot 26, then northwesterly along the northerly line <br /> of said Lot 26 to the point of commencing, together with an <br /> easement for road purposes over that part of Lot 26, <br /> Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the most northeasterly corner of the above <br /> described parcel, then southwesterly along the southeasterly <br /> line thereof for 40 feet, then northeasterly in a straight <br /> line to a point on the northerly line of said Lot 26 which <br /> is 8 feet westerly as measured along said northerly line of <br /> the northwesterly corner of Lot 15 said Subdivision, then <br /> westerly along the northerly line of said Lot 26 to the <br /> point of beginning of this easement, Anoka County, <br /> ~r~esota. <br /> <br /> <br />
