PROPOSt~D FINDINGS OF FACT <br />NOrD MOTORS <br /> OD~DITIONAL USE I~ <br /> 6140 B4Y. %10 N.W. <br /> <br />That Nord Motors, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br />~.?plied for a conditional use permit to hold an outdoor wrestling match <br />in the B-1 Business District. <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 170.013D of the <br />Ramsey City Code on May 3, 1988 and that said public hearing was <br />properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated by referenCe. <br />That the subject property is generally known as 6140 Highway 10 N.W. <br />and is legally described as follows: <br /> That part of Lot 26, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 described as <br /> follows: Commencing at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 26 <br /> which is 200 feet easterly of the northeast corner of Lot 13 said <br /> subdivision as measured along the northerly line of said Lot 26, then <br /> southerly parallel with the easterly line of said Lot 13 for 190 feet, <br /> then westerly parallel %.,ith the northerly line of said Lot 26 for 200 <br /> feet and to the southeast corner of said Lot 13, then southerly on an <br /> extension southerly of the easterly line of said Lot 13 for 260 feet, <br /> then easterly at an interior angle to the northeast of 91 degrees 30 <br /> minutes for 427.1 feet, then northeasterly with a deflection angle to <br /> the left of 66 degrees 50 minutes for 49 feet, then northeasterly with <br /> a deflection angle to the right of 36 degrees 24 minutes for 50.8 <br /> feet, then easterly with a deflection angle to the right of 13 degrees <br /> 50 minutes for 51 feet, then northerly with a deflection angle to the <br /> left 74 degrees 4 ~J_nutes for a distance of 168.1 feet, then easterly <br /> with a deflection angle to the right of 90 degrees 26 minutes for 99 <br /> feet, then northerly with a deflection angle to the left of 89 degrees <br /> 25 minutes for 163.1 feet and to the northerly line of said Lot 26, <br /> then northwesterly along the northerly line of said Lot 26 to the <br /> point of commencing, together with an easement for road purposes over <br /> that part of Lot 26, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the most northeasterly corner of the above <br /> described parcel, then southwesterly along the southeasterly line <br /> thereof for 40 feet, t_hen northeasterly in a straight line to a point <br /> on the northerly line of said Lot 26 which is 8 feet westerly as <br /> measured along said northerly line of the northwesterly corner of Lot <br /> 15 said Subdivision, then westerly -=long the northerly line of said <br /> Lot 26 to the point of beginning of this easement, Anoka Cou~nty, <br /> .~irme sota. <br /> <br />Lot 26, Anditor's S~ubdivision No. 96, That part of Lot 5, Auditor's <br />Su~odivision No. 29 described as fo!l~gs: Coxmmncing on the southerly <br />line of State Trunk Highway at a point 250 feet easterly of the <br />intersection of the southerly line with the easterly line of Poplar <br />Drive a road dedicated on recorded plat called Dickensons ~%ssissippi <br />Estates, then easterly on the southerly line of said State Highway a <br />distance of 200 feet, then sou%herly and parallel with the easterly <br /> <br /> <br />
