NOTIC~ OF PUBLIC <br /> <br />TOW HOMITMAYCONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, May 3, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 NowthenBoulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br /> Michael S. Baehr for a conditional use permit to operate a <br /> welding business from his home at 17801 St. Francis Boulevard <br /> N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> All that part of Lots 1 and 2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 27, <br /> lying west of the east 30 acres of said Lot 1, and <br /> northeasterly of a line drawn from the southeast corner of <br /> said Lot 2 to a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot <br /> 2 distance 540.42 feet northwest of the southwest corner of <br /> said Lot 2.
