N.W. <br /> <br /> On . , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Michael <br /> Baehr to operate a welding business from his home at 17801 St. Francis <br /> Blvd. N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> kll that pert of Lots 1 and 2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 27, lying <br /> west of the east 30 acres of said Lot 1, and northeasterly of a line <br /> drawn from the southeast corner of said Lot 2 to a point on the <br /> northwesterly line of said Lot 2 distance 540.42 feet northwest of the <br /> southwest oorner of said Lot 2. Subject to easement of record. Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />· ~nis permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City <br /> Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as <br /> the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br /> permit are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the welding business shall not be conducted in any building <br /> on the subject property other than the residential structure. <br /> <br /> 2o That no business sign shall be permitted in excess of what is <br /> permitted by Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> 3. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment, <br /> materials, merchandise or inventory. <br /> <br />4. ?~y employees of the welding business shall be persons residing on <br /> the premises. <br /> <br />5. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale from the <br /> subject property. <br /> <br />6.
