NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, May 3, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153'~wthen Boulevard N.W., Ra~sey, Minnesota. <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Cross <br /> of Hope Lutheran Church for a conditional use permit to expand <br /> the church facility at 5730 179th Avenue N.W. on the property <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> The West t0 acres of the East 20 acres of Lot 1, Auditor's <br /> Subdivision No. 27 in Section 2, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> subject to the rights of public in and to County State Aid <br /> Highway ~7; subject to easement to Anoka Electric <br /> Cooperative Association as recorded in Book 174, page 261 as <br /> Document No. 99354. <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br /> comment on the conditional use permit request. <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br /> Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br /> N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
